Scottsdale, Arizona – August 25, 2020 – Mike Stramaglio announces the launch of Stramaglio Consulting, with the goal of providing technology and consulting services to business leaders navigating unprecedented change in the imaging channel.
Stramaglio is a well-known and respected industry leader with more than 40 years’ experience in the office imaging technology channel. Most recently, he was president of MWA FORZA with Konica Minolta after its acquisition of MWA Intelligence, the company he founded in 2004.
“Founding MWA Intelligence, developing the FORZA ERP solution and seeing it acquired by Konica Minolta where it will be an important component of their Workplace of the Future, was a goal I’d spent many years working toward,” said Stramaglio. “Now that FORZA is well situated in the channel with a solid team in place to continue its development and implementation, it’s time for me to move onto something new. I want to put my experience and knowledge to work to help others in this critical time.”
Businesses in the U.S. and around the world have been dramatically and permanently changed by the COVID-19 pandemic. They will need to reconstruct processes and procedures in order to succeed going forward. Stramaglio Consulting will help those companies by developing needed technology, providing consulting services, and offering a partner development and distribution expansion advisory.
Stramaglio Consulting will focus on three areas:
1) Technology – new products, new technologies, IT and security, data, AI and business intelligence
2) Innovation and partner expansion and new or expanded distribution strategies
3) Professional services – business consulting, acquisition services, education
“People are talking about a new normal, but to me it’s a rebirth,” said Stramaglio. “Everything you know now has to be reconstructed. On a larger scale, I see an opportunity to provide education for the marketplace, and I hope to use my wide range of experience to help provide that education. I want to focus on the rebirth, creation of new ideas, methods, imagination and vision while never losing sight of what got us here.”
